What is Irononi?
Irononi is a Japanese streetwear brand. Our mission is to bring unique, quality designs inspired by Japanese street culture to fashion enthusiasts worldwide. Each piece is custom-made when you order, ensuring freshness and reducing waste while delivering authentic streetwear style.
Are you a new brand?
Yes! Irononi just launched recently. We're a small, independent Japanese streetwear brand focused on quality over quantity.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently, we're online-only at irononi.store.
Ordering & Products
What products do you offer?
We currently offer a curated collection of Japanese-inspired streetwear including t-shirts and hoodies. As we grow, we're planning to expand our collection with more clothing pieces.
What materials do you use?
We use high-quality materials chosen for comfort, durability, and print quality. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
How do I care for my Irononi pieces?
- Machine wash cold, inside out
- Tumble dry low or hang dry
- Do not bleach
- Iron inside out on low heat if needed
Proper care will keep your design vibrant for years!
Shipping
Do you ship to my country?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
When will I receive my order?
Since each Irononi piece is custom-made specifically for you:
- Production: 2-7 business days
- Shipping: 7-10 business days (depending on location)
- Total: 9-17 business days from order to delivery
Delivery times may vary slightly as we're working with our shipping partners. Delays may also occur due to customs processing.
Do I get a tracking number?
Yes! As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
My tracking number isn't showing any updates. What's going on?
Don't worry! Tracking information doesn't appear instantly. Once your package leaves our production facility, it takes 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to scan and upload tracking details.
If your tracking still isn't updating after 10 business days, please contact us through our Contact Us form and we'll investigate.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout. We're working to keep costs as low as possible!
What about customs fees?
International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes once the package reaches your country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in original packaging when possible.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us through our Contact Us form within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you the return address and instructions
- Provide a tracking number within 7 days of initiating the return
Important: We don't provide prepaid return labels, so you're responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes! Email us to arrange an exchange. We'll send you the new item once we receive the original. Exchanges are free - you only pay return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. Allow an additional 3-5 business days for it to appear in your account.
Are there any fees for returns?
Yes. Returns include a handling & processing fee of €4.99, which will be deducted from your refund amount. Orders over €200 will be charged €4.99 per item. Original shipping charges are also non-refundable.
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact Us form with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- Brief description of the problem
We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including shipping charges. For quality issues, we cover all return costs.
Order Modifications
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only modify orders that haven't entered production yet (typically within 24 hours of ordering). Contact us immediately through our Contact Us form with your order number if you need changes.
Once production begins or your item has shipped, we cannot make modifications.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Contact us ASAP through our Contact Us form. If the order hasn't shipped, we can update it. We're not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to information submitted during checkout.
Sizing
How do your items fit?
Our pieces are designed with a modern streetwear fit. Check the size chart on each product page for specific measurements.
I'm between sizes. What should I order?
For a relaxed streetwear fit, size up. For a more fitted look, go with your usual size. If you're still unsure, contact us with your measurements, and we'll help you choose!

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
Is my information secure?
Absolutely. Our shop uses HTTPS and SSL/TLS protocols to protect your data and financial transactions. The SSL certificate is represented by a padlock in your browser's address bar.
