We're dedicated to creating high-quality Japanese streetwear pieces that you'll love. Each item is custom-made specifically for you, so we take quality seriously. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help make it right.
You can return items for a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
RETURN REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet these conditions:
- Returned within 14 days from the date you received it
- Completely unworn and unwashed
- All original tags still attached and intact
- In original packaging when possible
HOW TO START A RETURN
Getting started is simple:
- Use our CONTACT US form within 14 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and the reason for your return
- We'll reply with the return address and next steps
- You'll need to provide a tracking number within 7 days of initiating the return
Important: We don't provide prepaid return labels, so you'll be responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
EXCHANGES
Want a different size or style instead? We're happy to exchange your item at no additional charge.
When requesting an exchange:
- Let us know what size or item you'd like instead
- Keep in mind that availability depends on current stock
- Once we receive and verify your return, we'll ship out your new item
Exchanges are processed free of charge - you only pay for the return shipping back to us. We will require a handling & processing fee of $4.99 (orders over $200 will be charged the $4.99 fee per item in the order), which will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
REFUND PROCESS
Here's what to expect with refunds:
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
What's Refunded:
- The full cost of the item(s) being returned
- Store credit refunds are issued at full value
What's Not Refunded:
- Original shipping charges
- Return shipping costs and handling fees (you cover these)
- International customs fees or import duties
- Any items not meeting our return requirements
Refund Method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we'll make it right immediately.
Contact us at within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We'll either send you a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping charges. For quality issues, we cover all return costs.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we sincerely apologize! Contact us right away and we'll:
- Send you the correct item immediately
- Provide a prepaid label to return the wrong item
- Cover all shipping costs
ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Before Production: If your order hasn't entered production yet (typically within 24 hours of ordering), contact us immediately, and we can modify or cancel it.
During/After Production: Once your item is being made or has shipped, we cannot modify or cancel the order. This is because each piece is custom-made specifically for you. You can still return it following our standard return policy once you receive it.
Pro Tip: Always double-check your order details (size, color, shipping address) before completing your purchase.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We accept international returns following the same policy as domestic returns. Please note:
- You're responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties paid on the original order are non-refundable
- We recommend using tracked international shipping for returns
- If a package is returned to us due to customs refusal or incorrect address, you'll be responsible for the original shipping costs and any reshipping fees
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Items with removed or damaged tags
- Heavily discounted sale items (unless there's a quality issue)
- Custom-designed items (if we offer this service in the future)
